Predictmydestiny is an online astrology guidance platform operating at predictmydestiny.com. We provide KP & Vedic astrology consultations, free chart tools, and educational content.

For data-protection purposes, we are the Data Fiduciary — the organisation that decides what data is collected and how it is used. You, the visitor or client, are the Data Principal.

• Booking & payment data — services booked and payment status. We do not store your card or bank numbers; these go directly to our payment provider.
• Usage data — basic analytics like pages viewed, to improve the site.

How we use your data

We use your data to: create and manage your account; generate charts and personalised readings; deliver consultations you book; send service-related messages; and improve our content and tools. We do not use your birth details for any purpose other than your own readings.

When we share data

We share data only when necessary: with our payment provider to process a transaction, with the astrologer you book (only the details needed for your reading), and where required by law. We never sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep account and booking data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Children's data

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
