Predictmydestiny provides astrology consultations, chart tools and educational content based on KP and Vedic systems. Astrology is a tool for reflection and guidance, not a substitute for professional advice. Our readings are not a replacement for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice from qualified professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a consultation. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, especially birth details, as the quality of a reading depends on their accuracy.
Consultation prices are shown before you book. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details. A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Session timings, where applicable, are agreed between you and the astrologer.
Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no harassment of astrologers or staff, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and no copying or reselling our content without permission.
All content on this site โ articles, tools, designs and text โ is owned by Predictmydestiny or its contributors and is protected by law. You may read and share links, but not reproduce content commercially without our written consent.
We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Astrological guidance is interpretive. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility. We explicitly reject fear-based predictions and never claim to control or guarantee future events.
To the extent permitted by law, Predictmydestiny is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
