How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for our consultations, reports and digital services.
We want you to feel confident booking with Predictmydestiny. This policy explains when you can cancel, reschedule, or request a refund. If your situation is not covered here, write to us โ we deal with people fairly.
Because our consultations, written answers and reports are personalised digital services prepared specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable once the work has begun or been delivered. This is standard for custom digital work.
If you cancel a booking before the astrologer has started preparing your reading (or before a scheduled session), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us as early as possible so we can process it.
For live (chat/call/video) sessions, you may reschedule once at no charge if you give us at least 12 hours' notice. Late reschedules may be treated as a completed session.
If a session cannot happen due to our fault (astrologer unavailable, technical failure on our end), you may choose a full refund or a free rescheduled session. We will make it right.
Astrology is interpretive, so we cannot refund simply because a reading's guidance was not what you hoped to hear. However, if you feel a service was not delivered as described, contact us within 7 days and we will review it fairly, case by case.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider, typically within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank.
All our services are delivered digitally (online sessions, written answers, downloadable reports). There is no physical shipping, so no shipping charges or delivery delays apply.
To cancel or request a refund, email help@predictmydestiny.com with your booking details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
